Sessions and Fees
Your Therapy Sessions
- Free 15-minute initial phone consultation
- Regular sessions last 50 minutes
- Online counselling: £50 per session
- Face-to-face counselling in South Manchester and Didsbury: £60 per session
I offer reduced rates for students and those facing financial hardship - please ask about this during our initial consultation.
Payment
Payment is due before each session by bank transfer. Banking details will be provided when we agree to work together.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at full fee. Where possible, I will try to offer an alternative appointment within the same week.
